What is SMK Lounge?
SMK Lounge is a private club for all travelers located at Mexico City International Airport (AICM).
Where are you located?
We have a lounge in each terminal of the AICM:
- Terminal 1: Lounge 19, boarding area.
- Terminal 2: First floor, VIP lounge area.
Do you accept Priority Pass?
We do not have agreements with any credit card providers. The only way to access our facilities is by purchasing a membership. You can do this at reception or through our website.
What are memberships and how much do they cost?
Our memberships provide all-day access to our VIP lounges in both AICM terminals. Children under 12 years old do not require a membership.
We offer two types of memberships:
- SMK Membership
- $150 MXN ($9 USD)
- All-day access to our lounges during service hours.
- Unlimited complimentary drinks (water, coffee, tea, and soft drinks) and 1 snack.
- Free WiFi.
- SMK Unlimited Membership
- $500 MXN ($30 USD)
- All-day access to our lounges during service hours.
- Unlimited water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, shots, mixology, and selected snacks.
- Free WiFi.
What are your service hours?
Our service hours are as follows:
- Terminal 1: From 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
- Terminal 2: From 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Please note that these hours are subject to change, so we recommend staying updated through our social media and website.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all debit and credit cards, as well as cash and Apple Pay.
What promotions do you offer?
We always have two promotions*:
- 10% off on your next purchase of the SMK Membership when you register on our website.
- Happy Hour: 2-for-1 beers every day from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Do you offer food?
We do not serve meals; we only provide snacks. However, you are welcome to bring your own food to enjoy in our facilities.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! We are a 100% pet-friendly space, so your pet can accompany you during your stay. Please ensure your pet remains with you at all times and is friendly towards other people and pets.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, you can request an invoice by emailing hola@smklounge.com with your purchase receipt and tax information. Your invoice will be available two days after your request.
Is smoking allowed?
No. As of January 2, 2025, smoking is prohibited inside our facilities in compliance with the General Law for Tobacco Control.
What happens to my remaining memberships?
Any remaining memberships you have will remain active. We invite you to continue visiting us as we evolve to provide the best experience before your flight.
